CFSE Flow Kits from Renovar provide all reagents necessary for safe, simple and effective monitoring of cell division in lymphocyte subsets and numerous other mammalian cells, including stem cells. Each kit contains 20 single-use tubes with CFSE pre-dispensed at a concentration precisely optimized to provide 8-10 generations of tracking without inducing toxicity.

Master-Mix style kits also contain R-PE conjugated antibodies against CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19 and IgG PLUS PHA (Phytohemagglutinin) for global activation of T-cells and/or PI (propidium iodide) for viability.

Sorted cells can be recovered and used for functional studies.
